1. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

2. RECIPIENTS

4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The User may make their purchases online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

5.1 Geographic Coverage

5.2  Delivery or collection schedule

Deliveries of orders to the address provided by the Customer will be made from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, except national, regional and local holidays, within a period of between 2 and 4 business days from the date of delivery. confirmed the Order and it was accepted by the platform. 8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The General Conditions will be governed by common Spanish legislation, which will be applicable to what is not provided in them in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.  For any controversy that may arise in the interpretation and application of these General Conditions, both ominiky ediciones sl  As Users or Clients, they expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, waiving their own jurisdiction, if any.
